Program Services

Referral Services

Clients complete intake procedures including registration documentation, demographic information, consent forms, and orientation to program expectations and requirements.

DUI Screening

Participants are scheduled with licensed professionals for screening, assessment, and individualized treatment recommendations in accordance with applicable DUI program requirements.

DUI Revocation Services

Premium Legacy Healthcare also assists clients requiring DUI revocation support services through coordination with licensed evaluators and approved providers. Our team helps guide participants through the process by facilitating referrals, documentation support, program coordination, and compliance planning related to revocation requirements.

DUI Education

Our DUI education services are designed to provide participants with increased awareness regarding substance use, impaired driving risks, decision-making, accountability, relapse prevention, and behavioral change strategies.

• Education classes are facilitated by MRT-certified instructors and qualified behavioral health professionals
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Participants may complete required education programming in approximately 2 weeks depending on scheduling availability, attendance, and compliance
• Up to 8 hours of DUI counseling and educational sessions available weekly

DUI Treatment

Our DUI treatment program provides structured therapeutic interventions designed to address substance use behaviors, impaired decision-making, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, accountability, and long-term behavioral change.

Treatment services are individualized and clinically focused to support participants in developing healthier coping strategies, improving personal responsibility, and reducing the likelihood of future DUI-related incidents.

• Program requirements range from a minimum of 20 treatment hours to more intensive levels of care depending on court requirements, clinical recommendations, screening outcomes, and individual treatment needs
